Hot Springs Residents Directory is a private reference to public rolls, official indexes, and archival collections concerning Hot Springs, Arkansas. It neither hosts government files nor represents Garland County, the city, a court, or any record custodian.
2. Acceptable Use Rules
Use every page and linked resource lawfully. The following conduct is prohibited:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
